About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Housing Services Coordinator to lead our Housing team and oversee tenancy and property management services across our housing programs.
Reporting to the Community Services & Housing Manager, you will supervise Housing Officers, ensure compliance with the NT Residential Tenancies Act, coordinate tenancy management, support property maintenance, monitor rental arrears, prepare reports and build positive relationships with tenants, communities and key stakeholders.
About You
You will have:
- Experience leading a team within housing, tenancy or property management.
- Knowledge of the NT Residential Tenancies Act.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience managing tenancy services, property inspections and rental arrears.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and housing management software (Chintaro or similar).
- Current Driver Licence.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check, OCHRE Card and REINT membership.
Desirable
- Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) or similar.
- Experience working with Aboriginal communities and knowledge of NRSCH.
