An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially driven Sales Account Manager to take ownership of a well-established Western Australia territory, with a strong focus on both growth and retention.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the discount variety landscape, knows how to engage retailers effectively, and can confidently deliver range and category solutions that drive sales outcomes.
We are particularly interested in individuals with hands-on experience in the Discount Variety or General Merchandise space, whether from a sales, supplier, or retail background.

About You
You will bring:

Experience within Discount Variety, General Merchandise, or FMCG

Strong understanding of product categories, ranging, and in-store execution

Proven ability to sell category-led solutions, not just individual products

Background in account management, sales, or retail/store leadership

Ability to identify and convert growth opportunities within existing accounts

Strong commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset
-
A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work autonomously

Willingness to travel regularly across Metro and Regional WA
-
A valid driver’s licence
Candidates with direct experience working with discount retailers or variety stores, and a strong understanding of how to drive in-store sales performance, will be highly regarded.
