About the Role
We are seeking an experienced TechnologyOne Technical Property & Rating Consultant to support the delivery, optimisation and ongoing enhancement of TechnologyOne Property & Rating solutions for local government clients across Australia. This role will be instrumental in helping councils modernise critical revenue, valuation and property management processes while ensuring strong alignment between business objectives and platform capabilities.
As a key member of our ERP and business transformation practice, you will work closely with stakeholders, project teams and end users to deliver successful implementations, system improvements and strategic advisory services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex transformation programs while building deep client relationships and helping shape the future of local government services.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of TechnologyOne Property & Rating solutions for local government clients
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations
- Deliver functional consulting expertise across property, valuation, rates and revenue management processes
- Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on process improvement and system utilisation
- Support testing, training and change management activities to drive successful adoption
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality delivery outcomes and client satisfaction

xAmplify partners with a diverse client base, including Federal Government, Defence, Enterprise, State Government, and Private Sector. As a result, our eligibility criteria may vary depending on the projects you may undertake.
Our Federal Government and Defence Projects will require:
- Australian Citizenship
- An active Baseline (or higher) security clearance, or the ability to obtain one
Our Enterprise, State Government, Local Government, and Private Sector Projects will require:
- Full Australian working rights, which can include an appropriate visa

Location
We’re flexible! If you’re in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast you’ll have the opportunity to connect with us in person in our offices but we also welcome candidates from locations across the Australian East Coast. Our team operates on a hybrid work model, so you will have the ability to work from our office, client sites (as required with your allocated projects) or from home.

Salary
- For this role, we are offering a total remuneration base salary of $100,000.00 – $160,000.00.
