The Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated and organised Junior Office Administrator to join our busy Sydney CBD office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in legal administration within a collaborative and professional team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide general administrative and reception support

• Answer phones, manage emails, and handle incoming/outgoing mail

• Assist with diary management and meeting coordination for senior staff

• Prepare client documents and manage basic file administration

• Support client intake, including sending cost agreements and completing forms

• Keep records up to date and accurately maintain internal systems

• Provide basic tech troubleshooting and assist with ad-hoc projects and events

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, professional communicator with great people skills

• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in your role

Preferred but not essential:

• Previous experience in an office or customer service environment

• Certificate in Business Administration or similar

• Police clearance or willingness to obtain one
