About the Role
As Practice Leader, you will provide leadership, strategic direction and technical expertise to a team of lawyers and support staff specialising in motor accident claims.
You will oversee the day-to-day management of the practice, mentor and develop team members, and drive outstanding client outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to maintain a manageable personal caseload of complex matters and continue developing your own professional profile.

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 8 years PAE in personal injury law, with substantial experience in NSW CTP claims
- Strong technical expertise across the Motor Accident Injuries Act and associated legislation
- Proven experience managing litigated motor accident matters through to resolution
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
- Experience mentoring, supervising and developing lawyers and legal support staff
- Strong organisational and strategic planning skills
- The ability to drive performance, productivity and positive client outcomes
- Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to the growth of the practice
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
