Concrete Production Workers

About this role:

We’re looking for both Precast All Rounders and Precast Labourers to join our Concrete division at Smartstream Technology.

Precast All Rounder:

• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings and shop drawings.
• Able to construct, modify and set out formwork for all precast elements.
• Have attention to detail and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
• Follow workplace health and safety policies at all times.
• Ability to screed and finish all aspects of concrete.
• Steel fixing experience would be desirable. 
• Positive can-do attitude. 
• Tilt up ticket an advantage but not essential.
• Dogman ticket an advantage but not essential.

Precast Labourer:

• Assisting with the set-up of Precast steel moulds.
• Operating hand and power tools safely.
• Adhering to site health and safety protocols.
• Help with pouring screeding and finishing concrete.
• Can do attitude and ability to complete repetitive work.
• Able to lift up to 16-18kgs comfortably. 
• Forklift ticket an advantage but not essential.
