You are also motivated by the opportunity to contribute to gender equality and social justice outcomes through your work.

Key to your success is your:

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks

  • Ability to use data, learner feedback and evaluation outcomes to drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent project management, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Collaborative and relationship-building approach, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Commitment to Women’s Legal’s intersectional feminist values and collaborative team culture

You will have:

  • Experience using learning technologies and Learning Management Systems
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • Understanding of, or interest in, gender equity issues in Australia

Desirable:

  • Qualifications or lived professional experience that bring additional subject matter expertise, such as law, gender studies or related disciplines
  • Qualifications or experience in family law, family violence or child protection practice areas

To apply

Submit a resume and covering letter to tell us how you are the right candidate for this role.  Please ensure the cover letter addresses how you personally align to Women’s Legal values and intersectional feminist principles as described in the attached position description.

Research shows that women are less likely to apply for roles if they don’t meet 100% of the selection criteria. We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the criteria, but this role sounds like a good fit for you.

All successful candidates will be required to produce a national criminal history check prior to the commencement of their employment.

Disclosure of a criminal record does not necessarily preclude appointment by Women’s Legal, but if needed, we invite applicants to address this issue early in the application phase. Should a criminal record disclosure be advised by a candidate, Women’s Legal will endeavour to provide clarity over whether the conviction would preclude a candidate from being able to carry out the position duties.

Please note, all staff employed by Women’s Legal Service Victoria are required to comply with Section 121 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law.
