As we continue to grow and secure new contracts, we are looking for passionate Camp Cooks/Chefs to join our Queensland and South Australian teams.

About the role

• The delivery of services for guests such as food preparation, cooking and food service.
• Assist with cleaning, washing, general maintenance, waste disposal and room bookings.
• Menu planning and provision of meals within set guidelines that are prepared with pride and professionalism.
• Proactively monitoring, ordering and managing stock levels for the camp operations.

About you

• Prior experience working in a remote environment is an advantage
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is preferred or a minimum of 2 years experience
• Manual ‘c class’ driver’s licence
• Ability to be able to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
• Current criminal history and traffic check
