Your contribution to the team includes

The role of the Premium Membership Coordinator is supporting the execution of the strategy to maximise revenue, volume and engagement among the Western Bulldogs’ top-tier membership groups. This role is also responsible for:

  • Support the delivery and growth of premium membership products, renewals and sales opportunities to maximise revenue and member engagement
  • Manage premium member enquiries, communications, ticketing requests and service initiatives to deliver an exceptional member experience
  • Coordinate premium membership operations and match days, including event administration, fulfilment planning, function room presentation, guest speakers and website content updates
  • Manage premium membership engagement through targeted communications, member feedback initiatives and service improvements
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of member experiences, including clinics, open training sessions and supporter group events
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and deliver member research and engagement opportunities that strengthen member connection to the club

Skills and experience

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship management skills;
  • Customer-first mindset;
  • Background in a sales or services roles;
  • Strong understanding of the AFL landscape
  • Tertiary degree or relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
