Your contribution to the team includes

The role of the Membership & Ticketing Operations Coordinator will assist in the planning and delivery of all operational requirements that support and add value to the Western Bulldogs Member experience. This role is also responsible for:

  • Support the delivery of membership and ticketing programs, including product setup, renewals, pricing implementation, and member retention initiatives
  • Assist with the management of membership inventory, reserved seating, seat moves, payment plans, and membership compliance processes
  • Coordinate member fulfilment activities, including merchandise planning, ordering, stock control, dispatch, and supplier management
  • Provide high-quality customer service by responding to member and ticketing enquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer feedback
  • Support ticketing operations for AFL, AFLW, Finals and other club events, including ticket allocations, stakeholder requests, and match-day requirements
  • Assist with the administration of ticket sales campaigns, special promotions, on-sales and initiatives designed to increase attendance and fan engagement
  • Maintain accurate membership and customer databases, ensuring data quality, integrity, and timely processing of updates and bulk uploads
  • Prepare reports and analyse membership, ticketing, attending, and campaign performance data to support business decision-making
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, the AFL, Ticketmaster, stadium partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholder

Skills and experience

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a commercial organisation (preferably a sporting organisation)
  • A strong understanding of CRM applications, in particular Archtics
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service/consumer facing environment
