Summary:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced clinician who will provide expert, evidence-based services to participants with complex needs while acting as the clinical leader for the Well Life Services team.

Responsibilities:

    Working closely with the CEO and Chief Operations Manager, the Senior Allied Health Practitioner acts as the trusted point of clinical escalation and advice, models person-centred practice, supports the development of clinical capability across the team, and ensures services are delivered in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline (Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Social Work, Physiotherapy or similar).
  • Current registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership with the relevant professional body (e.g., Speech PathologyAustralia, AASW).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS,ncluding the NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct and Quality and Safeguarding Framework..
  • Substantial post-qualification clinical experience, including managing complex caseloads in community, disability or NDIS environments.
  • Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring or coaching to other clinicians.
