As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to provide leadership across our EAP and Wellbeing services.

About the Role

The focus of the role is to ensure the EAP & Allied Health services operate as well-managed, client-focused and commercially sustainable services that deliver timely and effective support to clients, partner organisations and their employees. Working closely with practitioners, corporate clients and internal stakeholders, you’ll drive operational excellence, strengthen service delivery, and build trusted partnerships that support client and workforce wellbeing. You’ll also play a key role in growing and evolving our services by enhancing systems, improving performance, increasing service utilisation and contributing to the broader organisational growth strategy.

About You

You’re an experienced operational leader who combines strong commercial acumen with a passion for delivering high-quality mental health and wellbeing services.

You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Behavioural Health, Allied Health, Management, Business or a related discipline.
  • Significant leadership experience within EAP, allied health, mental health, wellbeing, human services or a related sector.
  • Proven success managing service delivery, workforce coordination, quality, compliance and operational performance.
  • Experience building strong client relationships and delivering services within contracted or corporate environments.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Sound understanding of EAP service delivery, confidentiality, privacy obligations and professional practice standards.
  • Strong financial management and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while driving service quality, continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Essential Requirements

Will hold and maintain:

  • Current Blue Card
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
  • Current Driver Licence
