Food & Beverage Attendants – Clocktower Hotel, Grafton

Enjoy hospitality, meeting new people and making guests feel welcome? Clocktower Hotel in Grafton is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team.

We’re after friendly, reliable people who enjoy working in a busy venue and care about creating a great experience for every guest. Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

What you’ll be doing

Working across our bistro and floor areas, you’ll help keep service running smoothly by:

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service
• Taking food and drink orders
• Running meals and clearing tables
• Keeping dining and service areas clean and presentable
• Supporting your teammates during busy service periods
• Helping create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back

What we’re looking for

• Enthusiasm for hospitality and a genuine interest in looking after guests
• A friendly personality and confidence chatting with customers
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliability and a hands-on approach
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
• Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential
• Valid NSW RSA
