Gregory Hills Hotel is looking for a Casual Chef to join our kitchen team. We’re a busy, family-friendly venue with a great local following, so there’s always something happening in the kitchen!

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and cooking quality meals to a consistent standard
• Working across a busy kitchen during service
• Helping with prep, stock and general kitchen duties
• Following food safety and hygiene standards
• Working as part of a team to keep service running smoothly

What we’re looking for

• Previous kitchen or chef experience
• Someone reliable, positive and keen to get stuck in
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Formal qualifications are great, but experience and attitude matter most
