Join the Findlay Group – Now Hiring a Casual Production Operator! Are you looking for a hands‑on role with great hours, a supportive team, and real career potential? The Findlay Group’s Kelso production site is now hiring a casual Production Operator to support our growing operations. Since 2002, our Kelso facility has produced over 70 crumb varieties for commercial customers across New Zealand and Australia. We also provide complete coating systems including pre‑mixes, specialty products, and a variety of batter styles.

About the Role:
Position: Production Operator Schedule: The plant operates Monday to Thursday – 12-hour shifts (day or night) 6am to 6pm and 6pm – 6am

We offer full training — no prior experience required! You’ll be involved in:

  • Measuring and mixing ingredients
  • Operating machinery and monitoring processes
  • Reporting safety hazards or equipment issues
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

  • Basic math skills
  • Strong team player with a reliable and punctual work ethic
  • Enthusiastic, energetic attitude

  • Commitment to Health & Safety policies and procedures

    Desirable Skills – A Bonus, But Not Essential:

    • Current LF Forklift License (would be an advantage)
    • HR Truck License
    • Experience in Health & Safety
    • Basic computer skills
    • Background in the food industry
