  • Sector leading 6 weeks’ annual leave per annum

RoadWise is looking for people who can build relationships, influence local government organisations and turn priorities into action.

Don’t have a road safety background? That’s okay. You don’t need to be a road safety expert on day one. What matters is your ability to work with people, facilitate conversations, build capability, influence without authority and support positive change.

We’ll help you build the road safety knowledge.

Road Safety Advisors sit in the sweet spot between strategy and action. They’re not the decision-makers, but they play a critical role in helping others make better decisions.

This is a role for people who:

  • know how to manage programs and projects
  • are skilled at solving complex problems
  • communicate with confidence and clarity
  • can translate theory to action
  • are curious and willing to learn
  • enjoy working autonomously

You might currently work in program management, community development, stakeholder engagement, health promotion, local government, regional development or similar.

Whatever your background, if you can build relationships, influence change and bring a fresh perspective, you’ll already have many of the foundations needed to succeed in this role.

Your local knowledge could make a difference. Regional communities benefit from people who understand their unique challenges, opportunities and priorities.

You’ll have the autonomy that comes with working in a regional setting, while remaining connected to a supportive and collaborative team. This is your chance to make change, close to home.

Your experience could be exactly what RoadWise needs.
