Your new role:
Your day will be varied and meaningful, focused on promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
Key responsibilities will include:

Personal Care: Providing respectful assistance with daily living activities such
as complex bowel care, showering, dressing, and hoisting.

Companionship & Social Support: Building positive relationships through conversation, shared activities, and community access.

Professional Documentation: Accurately completing
About You:
We are looking for people with the right
attitude and heart. Formal experience is valuable, but a genuine passion for
care is essential.

Essential: A current Australian Driver’s Licence and your own reliable, insured vehicle.

Essential: A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one) and a First Aid & CPR
certificate.

Essential: The right to work in Australia.

Highly Regarded: A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability
or similar) or equivalent experience.
- Availability: 8am to 10am Monday to Sunday or 8pm to 10pm Monday to Friday. There may also be social support shifts available during the week. Morning shift
availability is desirable but not essential. Clients are based in Northmead and Macquarie Park, must be willing to commute each shift.
