Summary:

We are a face-paced, high volume MSP seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our IT Professional Services team in Australia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering technology projects that align with our business objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to achieve project objectives.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary Qualification in Computer Science or Similar Technology Area
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field
• Proven experience in project management within the IT industry is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
