  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to support project execution, capacity planning, and operational readiness.
  • Providing technical leadership, problem solving and strategic input across development and manufacturing interfaces.

This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on scientific leadership with people leadership, and operational oversight.

About you

  • Strong expertise in viral vector process development, particularly AAV and/or LV platforms.
  • Proven experience leading and developing scientific teams.
  • A track record of delivering complex development programs in a client-facing or project-driven environment.
  • Strong capability in experimental design, data interpretation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with project planning, capacity management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Most importantly, you’re someone who aligns with VVMF values, leads with integrity, builds trust quickly, and creates an environment where people can do their best work.
