Senior Project Officer – Workforce

The Senior Project Officer – Workforce will support the development, coordination, and implementation of strategic workforce initiatives to strengthen the Aboriginal Child and Family Services sector. The role will contribute to workforce attraction, recruitment, development, and retention, and lead projects that enhance collaboration and practice excellence across the sector. This includes supporting sector-wide campaigns and programs, supporting professional communities of practice, and advancing strategic workforce projects that build the capacity of the Aboriginal workforce in line with self-determination.
