About the Role 

We are seeking a Service & Warranty Advisor who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while coordinating workshop bookings and supporting the efficient delivery of service and repair operations.  

This role is central to building strong customer relationships by ensuring clear, timely, and transparent communication between customers and workshop teams. You will take ownership of the customer journey from booking through to completion, ensuring customer needs are understood, managed, and met with professionalism and care. 

You will also maintain accurate records and manage warranty processes end to end, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience that supports customer confidence, operational efficiency, and long-term service relationships. 

Key Accountabilities  

  • Deliver a consistently high standard of professional, personalised customer service 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear, timely, and transparent communication at all stages of the service process 
  • Proactively manage customer enquiries, concerns, and follow-ups to ensure effective resolution and positive outcomes 
  • Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external workshops to coordinate service and repair activities 
  • Manage service and repair bookings in line with customer needs and workshop capacity 
  • Complete accurate costing of repair orders and ensure timely invoicing of all services and repairs 
  • Manage end-to-end warranty claim processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with manufacturer requirements 

Skills and Experience   

  • Previous experience (Min 12 months) in a service, warranty, or administration role 
  • Strong customer centric approach to all interactions 
  • Qualification in Business Administration would be advantageous 
  • Exposure to bus, transport, automotive, or heavy vehicle industry 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills 
  • Microsoft 365 Suite experience 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
