About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Training & Inductions Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs, managing induction processes, maintaining training records, and ensuring all employees and contractors meet compliance and onboarding requirements.

This position is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting employees through their journey with the organisation. As a key contributor to the onboarding and training process, you will ensure all employees are appropriately inducted, trained, and compliant with company requirements, helping to enhance operational efficiency, workplace safety, and the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule employee inductions, training courses and refresher training.
  • Monitor and maintain employee competencies, licences, qualifications and training compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and training documentation within Employment Hero and compliance management systems.
  • Manage workforce compliance requirements across platforms including Avetta/Pegasus, Ideagen/Damstra, Rapid Global and RIW.
  • Prepare and distribute training reports, compliance updates, and workforce readiness information.
  • Liaise with employees, supervisors, managers and external providers to coordinator training and onboarding activities.
  • Provide administrative support across HR, HSE, and operational functions.
  • Support continuous improvement of induction, training and compliance processes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a training or administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong organisational skills and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
