What Success Looks Like for You

  • You confidently manage your residential portfolio — staying organised, proactive, and always one step ahead.
  • You build strong relationships with landlords and tenants — clear communication, trust, and professionalism every step of the way.
  • You stay on top of arrears, renewals, and lease management — no surprises, no last-minute stress.
  • You conduct routine inspections with care — detailed reports, sharp attention to detail, and clear follow-ups.
  • You handle maintenance issues smoothly — coordinating repairs, managing expectations, and keeping everyone informed.
  • You manage terminations and attend tribunal when required — calm, prepared, and professional.
  • You oversee rental marketing when needed — making sure properties are presented and leased efficiently.
  • You work closely with your Property Officer and team — sharing updates, supporting each other, and keeping everything running smoothly.


You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Reliable car + valid driver’s licence
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Great organisation and time management
  • A proactive mindset — you take ownership and get things done
