Upper Murray Family Care (UMFC) is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Carer and Disability Services Trainee to join our welcoming Carer and Disability Services (CaDS) team. About the Role

As a valued member of our CaDS team, you will work across a variety of programs, with a strong focus on supporting our Interchange team. Every day is different, and you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support children, young people and families through engaging programs, activities and events.
  • Assist with after-school, weekend and school holiday programs.
  • Build meaningful relationships while supporting people with disability to participate in their community.
  • Help organise events, prepare newsletters and provide administrative support.
  • Learn practical skills that will set you up for a long-term career in the community services sector.
  • Complete your Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) with all training costs covered by UMFC.
