delivering the Inclusion Support Program across Western Australia. Together, we support Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services to build inclusive environments where all children can access, participate and thrive.

About the role
We are seeking a passionate Inclusion Professional to support Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services to create inclusive, welcoming and responsive environments for all children.
Working alongside educators, families and community stakeholders, you will support mainstream ECEC services to identify and address barriers to participation, strengthen educator capability and embed quality inclusive practices for children with additional needs across Centre Based Day Care, Outside School Hours Care and Family Day Care settings.
You will also connect families and services with relevant resources, supports and information to promote meaningful access, participation and positive outcomes for every child.
About you
You are a passionate and collaborative early childhood professional with a strong commitment to inclusion and positive outcomes for children and families.
You will bring:
- A Diploma in Children’s Services (or approved equivalent qualification)
- Experience working directly with children, families and ECEC services, including supporting children with additional needs
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and relevant Education and Care legislation and regulations
- Strong understanding of child development, inclusion principles and inclusive practices within
ECEC settings
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills, with the ability to
manage competing priorities
- A commitment to child safe practices, workplace health and safety, and collaborative community engagement
- The ability to build networks and connect families and services with relevant community
resources and supports
