We’re looking for a Casual Warehouse Assistant to join our team approximately 3 days per week. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being active, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

The warehouse is the heartbeat of our business. Every product we sell passes through this space first, making this role essential to delivering the Up There Athletics experience. Based on the position description, responsibilities include online order fulfilment, stock receipting, transfers and maintaining warehouse operations. 

What You’ll Be Doing

Online Order Fulfilment

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure orders are prepared for daily courier collections.
• Assist with resolving order-related issues.
• Maintain organised and well-stocked packing stations.

Warehouse Operations

• Receive and process inbound deliveries.
• Accurately check and allocate stock.
• Support stock transfers between the warehouse and retail stores.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with warehouse, retail and support office teams.
• Communicate clearly regarding stock movements and priorities.
• Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.
• Contribute positively to the culture and success of the team.

About You

You’ll be someone who:

• Has previous warehouse experience (2+ years preferred).
• Is reliable, punctual and accountable.
• Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Enjoys physical, hands-on work.
• Communicates clearly and respectfully.
• Takes initiative and looks for solutions.
• Enjoys working as part of a team.
• Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn. 

Experience in retail, e-commerce or customer-focused businesses will be highly regarded.
