Umart is one of Australia’s leading technology retailers and IT solutions providers. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Corporate Sales Consultant to help grow our business customers across SMB, education, government, and enterprise markets.

About the Role

As a Corporate Sales Consultant, you will build and maintain relationships with business customers, understand their technology requirements, prepare quotations, and provide complete IT solutions. You will work closely with customers to deliver outstanding service while growing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing business customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Achieve individual sales and business development targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Keep up to date with the latest technology products and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous B2B sales, account management, or corporate sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong customer service focus and problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Well organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional attitude and a strong desire to achieve sales results.
