About the Role

UGG EXPRESS is one of Australia’s leading sheepskin and footwear retailers, offering a wide range of UGG boots, footwear, accessories and sheepskin products.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our team and provide a great shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, styles and sizes.
• Develop good product knowledge and assist customers with their purchase decisions.
• Process sales, returns and exchanges using the POS system.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and product displays.
• Assist with stock replenishment, stock counts and general store operations.
• Support the team in achieving store sales and service goals.

About You

• Friendly, confident and customer-focused.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive and reliable.
• Interested in retail, fashion or footwear.
• Able to work independently after training.
• Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred.
