ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Manager who will provide a crucial role in leading the organisation’s transformation portfolio, driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance, digital capability, and business growth. The role is responsible for digital transformation leadership, project delivery, supporting acquisition integration, benefits realisation, data analytics, strategic planning and alignment, organisational change management, business process optimisation, and the development of automation and AI solutions.

Working closely with executive leaders, the role ensures transformation initiatives are aligned to strategic objectives, deliver measurable business outcomes, and support sustainable organisational change.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Information Technology or equivalent demonstrated experience in leading strategic transformation, digital initiatives and organisational change programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise wide transformation programs that deliver strategic, operational and cultural change.

• Extensive experience managing complex project portfolios, strategic initiatives and cross functional programs through to successful completion.

• Experience supporting business acquisitions through the integration of systems, processes, governance and operational frameworks.
• Experience identifying, evaluating and implementing automation, workflow and AI enabled solutions that improve productivity and business performance.
• Experience overseeing business systems integration and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance frameworks and operational requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic objectives, operational requirements, risk management and value creation to support long-term organisational success.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships, work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation, adapt to changing business priorities and operational demands, and foster a positive, high performing team culture.
