ABOUT THE ROLE 

 

We are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator who will have a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Estimating Team by managing administrative processes. This role is responsible for coordinating the quote inbox, job creation in Business Central (BC), issuing offer letters, maintaining accurate quote tracking, and managing the quote acceptance process. Through proactive communication and attention to detail, the role ensures a seamless interface between internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to a professional and responsive customer experience.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative support role, ideally in a sales, estimating or operational environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated accuracy in data entry, document management, and process tracking.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable using business systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and ERP platforms.
  • Collaborative and helpful, with a willingness to support a busy team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education in administration or related field is an advantage but not essential.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
