- 3–5+ years in a leadership/management role within disability, community or human services.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS, including Practice Standards, Quality Indicators and Safeguarding requirements.
- Cleared NDIS Worker Check and WWC Check, with a current Driver’s Licence and First Aid Certificate.

Position Purpose The ISM is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Tulgeen’s Inclusion Services, including Insync Bega and Eden Site.
This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that are compliant with NDIS Practice Standards, financially sustainable and aligned with Tulgeen’s strategic objectives and organisational values.
The InHome Manager provides leadership across service delivery, workforce capability, quality and safeguarding and continuous improvement, whilst driving service growth within the Bega Valley Shire for positive outcomes for people accessing services.
This position is accountable for financial performance, resource management, service development and stakeholder engagement, ensuring services remain responsive to emerging community needs and opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and support InHome Service Teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports
- Oversee workforce planning, rostering and SIL Rosters of Care (RoC)
- Build strong relationships with participants, families, employees and stakeholders
- Ensure services meet NDIS Practice Standards, safeguarding and compliance requirements
- Oversee incidents, complaints, risks and continuous improvement activities
- Manage service budgets, utilisation and operational performance
- Monitor service quality, participant outcomes and workforce performance
- Support the ongoing growth, sustainability and improvement of InHome Services
- Participate in the On-Call roster and provide leadership for the after-hours matters
