At TRUCK TECH, we’re looking for an experienced Service Coordinator, Fleet Coordinator, or Senior Service Advisor to join our team in Beresfield, NSW. This is a pivotal role supporting our technicians, customers, and operations, where strong coordination directly impacts safety, uptime, and compliance.

Your Day Will Include
- Scheduling and coordinating servicing and repair jobs to maximise workshop efficiency
- Acting as the key link between customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Managing job approvals, quoting, and invoicing
- Keeping customers informed with clear, proactive communication
- Maintaining accurate service records in job management systems (Mechanic Desk, Excel, etc.)
- Supporting and reinforcing a strong safety-first culture
You’ll Need

- Experience in service coordination, fleet maintenance, or maintenance administration
- Mechanical background essential – qualified mechanic or proven experience in a mechanical environment
- Heavy vehicle, transport, or fleet scheduling experience highly regarded
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital job management systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
