We’re looking for a passionate Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Sparkways Early Learning Footscray in a permanent full-time position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Educator who enjoys working with 3–5 year old children and is passionate about supporting children as they prepare for school.

Current Opportunity

📍 Sparkways Early Learning Footscray

• Full Time Educator – Permanent
• Certificate III or Diploma qualified
• Mainly based in our 3–5 year old kindergarten room
• Full-time hours across a Monday–Friday roster

You’ll work alongside experienced Educators and Kindergarten Teachers to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children’s development, wellbeing and learning.

Rates of Pay

Up to $38.13 per hour, including retention loading, depending on qualification and experience.

What we’re looking for

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Experience working in an early childhood setting
• Experience working with 3–5 year old children is highly regarded
• Understanding of the EYLF, NQF and NQS
• Passion for play-based learning and supporting children’s interests
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, professional and proactive approach
• Genuine commitment to children’s learning, development and wellbeing
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
