The Business Development Team at Trilogy Care is responsible for building and strengthening our national partnership network across the aged care sector. We identify, onboard and support external partners to grow sustainably, remain compliant, and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients under Support at Home.

The Partner Enablement & Continuous Improvement Lead a play a pivotal role to identifies and implements opportunities to improve partner enablement processes through process improvement, automation, AI and other digital solutions, with a focus on reducing manual effort, improving access to information and creating an effective partner experience. This includes collaborating with internal technology and AI specialists where appropriate to develop and implement technology-enabled solutions.  

About the Role

You will be working closely with Partnership & Relationship Managers, Clinical, Care, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Accounts, the Partnerships Liaison Manager translates internal policies, processes and program changes into clear partner-facing education and communications through webinars, electronic direct mail and other communications channels.   

Beyond training and communications, the role supports partner performance uplift through targeted training and follow-up, helping Partnership Managers focus on growth while improving partner capability and consistency across the network. It also identifies and implements opportunities to improve partner enablement processes through process improvement, automation, AI and other digital solutions, with a focus on reducing manual effort, improving access to information and creating an effective partner experience. This includes collaborating with internal technology and AI specialists where appropriate to develop and implement technology-enabled solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Design, deliver and continuously improve onboarding training for new & existing external partners.
  • Coordinate training sessions, manage bookings, and maintain training records and completion tracking.
  • Develop and maintain training materials that reflect current policies, processes, systems and program requirements under Support at Home.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure partner training and communications are accurate, current and aligned to operational practice.
  • Monitor partner capability and performance indicators, identifying training needs and delivering targeted uplift support (including for partners on Performance Improvement Plans).
  • Track completion of training and follow up with partners to address gaps.
  • Plan and facilitate monthly partner webinars based on partner needs, internal priorities and emerging risk areas.
  • Prepare and format webinar presentations, including coordinating speakers and sourcing content inputs from internal stakeholders.
  • Collate webinar insights, attendance data, and key themes, then share learnings and actions with the BD team post-session.
  • Draft, manage and distribute monthly partner EDMs and key updates, working with department leads to shape content and timing.
  • Maintain the Coordinator Resource Page, ensuring resources are current, compliant, accessible and removed or updated when outdated.
  • Partner with Marketing to publish webinar recordings, training resources and updated guidance in the appropriate external channels.
  • Use CRM templates and communication tools to support consistent engagement and distribution of partner communications.
  • Contribute to partner engagement strategies that strengthen partner understanding of their obligations, role clarity and expectations under Support at Home.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve partner learning, onboarding, communication and support processes through process redesign, automation, AI and other digital solutions.  
  • Developing and implementing self-service and technology-enabled solutions that improve access to information, reduce repetitive manual work and improve the partner experience.
  • Reviewing workflows to identify inefficiencies, duplication and opportunities for simplification or automation. 
  • Collaborating with internal AI, technology and business teams to scope and implement solutions addressing partner and business needs. 

What You Will Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in partner enablement, training, communications, operations, or a related role (aged care, disability, health or human services experience is advantageous).
  • Strong facilitation and presentation capability, with confidence delivering training virtually.
  • Proven instructional design skills, with the ability to build clear training materials, guides and process documentation.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, including the ability to translate complex policy and operational information into plain English.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines (training schedules, EDMs, webinars, resource updates).
  • Stakeholder management capability, comfortable liaising across BD, Clinical, Care Operations, Finance, Marketing and other teams to source accurate information.
  • Analytical mindset, able to interpret partner performance signals and translate them into practical training and communication interventions.
  • Strong systems capability, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), CRM platforms, webinar tools and content management workflows.
  • Sound judgement and commitment to accuracy, compliance and version control, especially when publishing external-facing guidance.
  • Proactive, collaborative and solutions focused, with a service mindset and willingness to improve partner experience and consistency.
