We are looking for a Partner Capability Manager to play a key enablement role across our external partner network. This role sits within the Business Development team and focuses on partner training, education and communications, ensuring our partners are confident, informed and aligned with Trilogy Care expectations.

About the Role

This is a hands on role that blends training delivery, stakeholder coordination and clear communication. You will translate internal policies, processes and program changes into practical partner facing education through onboarding, webinars, training materials and regular updates.

Working closely with Partnership and Relationship Managers, as well as Clinical, Care, Compliance, Operations, Marketing and Finance teams, you will help lift partner capability while reducing avoidable queries and escalations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing partners

• Coordinate training sessions, manage bookings and track completion

• Develop and maintain training materials aligned to current policies and systems

• Identify partner capability gaps and deliver targeted uplift support

• Plan and facilitate monthly partner webinars, including content coordination

• Draft and distribute partner EDMs and key operational updates

• Maintain external partner resources and ensure content is current and compliant

• Respond to partner training and resource queries and escalate when required

• Support consistent partner engagement through CRM and communication tools

What You Will Bring

• Experience in partner enablement, training, communications or operations

• Confidence delivering virtual training and presentations

• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex information

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail across multiple deliverables

• Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse teams

• Comfort working with CRM systems, webinar tools and Microsoft Office

• A proactive, collaborative and solutions focused approach

Experience in aged care, health, disability or human services is highly regarded, as is an understanding of Support at Home or Home Care Packages.
