Role Type
Description
Implementation Lead
At Trilogy Care, our mission is simple: empowering older Australians to live independently in the home they love for longer.
We’re looking for an Implementation Lead to join our Innovation & Transformation team and take ownership of the “last mile” of change — making sure new technology, tools, processes and features are successfully introduced, understood and adopted across our Care department.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working between people, technology and operations and knows that successful implementation is about much more than simply launching a new system.
What you’ll do
As our Implementation Lead, you’ll own the implementation journey from planning through to adoption. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, People & Culture and Care leadership to make sure change lands at the right time and in the right way.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own and maintain the Care implementation and release schedule, coordinating multiple changes across competing priorities.
- Assess change readiness and make recommendations on whether teams are ready for a release.
- Develop clear, engaging release communications in plain English.
- Design and deliver training for new tools, systems and processes.
- Create practical SOPs, guides, quick-reference materials and training content that employees can easily follow.
- Work with team leaders and change champions to support adoption across the workforce.
- Gather feedback from frontline teams and work with Product and Engineering to address issues.
- Monitor adoption and usage following implementation and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with People & Culture and Learning & Development to ensure training and capability development are aligned.
- Support the rollout of AI-enabled tools and automated workflows across Care.
- Ensure implementation, training and documentation are appropriately recorded and meet our governance and compliance requirements.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with different audiences and genuinely interested in how people work.
You’ll ideally bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in implementation, change management, training, business analysis, project delivery or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the rollout of new systems, technology or processes to an operational workforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into simple, practical messages.
- Experience developing SOPs, user guides, training materials and other documentation.
- Confidence facilitating training and workshops, both virtually and face-to-face.
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- The confidence to challenge timelines and say when a team is not ready for change.
- The ability to work comfortably between technical teams and operational stakeholders.
- A curious and practical mindset — you want to understand how work actually happens before designing a solution.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in aged care, healthcare, disability or another regulated environment.
- Exposure to Prosci, ADKAR or another structured change management framework.
- Experience working with a Learning Management System or knowledge base.
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation or an enterprise AI enablement program.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Zoho, Lark, Microsoft 365 or similar.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or relevant tertiary qualification.
- Change management or project management certification.
Why join Trilogy Care?
This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation where technology is genuinely changing the way care is delivered.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Play a key role in how technology and innovation are adopted across our Care workforce.
- Work closely with senior leaders, Product, Engineering, Operations and People & Culture.
- Help shape a repeatable approach to implementation and change across the organisation.
- Be involved in the rollout of AI-enabled tools and new technology.
- Make a tangible difference to the people delivering care to thousands of older Australians.
If you’re someone who can take a new idea, system or process and make sure people actually understand it, use it confidently and know where to go when they need help, we’d love to hear from you.
