What You’ll Do

  • Lead Trilogy Care’s financial control environment, ensuring accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting that supports business growth and executive decision-making.
  • Own the accuracy, integrity and reliability of Trilogy Care’s financial records, systems and reporting, acting as the final quality gate for financial information relied upon by the Board, CEO and Executive Team.
  • Oversee core finance operations, including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and month-end processes, ensuring strong governance and scalability.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and performance reporting, partnering with leaders across the business to deliver commercial insights.
  • Manage and lead statutory reporting, external audits, tax compliance, ASIC obligations and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring a strong and proactive compliance framework.
  • Lead the modernisation of the finance function through automation, AI and innovative accounting and reporting technologies, improving efficiency, data quality and the way financial insights are used to drive business performance.
  • Prepare and present high-quality reporting and analysis for the Board and Executive Team, including risk, performance, business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring
