Description

**Help every person at Trilogy Care feel confident with AI**

About Trilogy Care

We’re one of Australia’s fastest growing home care providers, empowering older Australians to live independently in the home they love for longer. We’re investing heavily in AI and technology across every part of the business, and our People & Culture team is no exception.

About the Role

As our AI Enablement & L&D Partner, you’ll help deliver workforce AI adoption across Trilogy Care. Reporting to the Manager, Change, Capability & AI Enablement, you’ll bring our enablement programme to life: running training, producing practical resources and supporting our AI Champion network, so people have safe, low-pressure spaces to experiment, ask questions and make mistakes without judgement.

This is a hands-on delivery role with company-wide reach, split roughly 70% AI enablement and 30% learning and development. You’ll help deliver our 500 Moments campaign: 500 people, 500 light bulb moments, one company moving together. Our technology team has built the platform. Your job is to help our people actually use it.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver hands-on, workflow-specific AI training, from foundation sessions to more advanced pathways, using programme designs developed with your manager.
  • Support divisional leaders and I&T Leads by delivering enablement activities and flagging adoption barriers back to the team.
  •  Create and maintain a library of enablement resources, including how-to guides, short videos, use-case libraries and prompt toolkits.
  • Be a first point of contact for AI questions from staff, and escalate and log recurring issues so they feed back into the programme.
  •  Coordinate the day-to-day running of our Hearts & Minds programme and support our network of AI Champions in their teams.
  •  Maintain adoption and sentiment dashboards and contribute to reporting on where AI is delivering value.
  •  Deliver and coordinate L&D sessions, and support the AI components of induction and leadership programmes.
  • Support Trilogy Labs hackathons and keep across new AI tools relevant to aged care.

What Makes This Different

Most AI roles stop at the technology. This one starts there. You’ll be part of the human side of our AI investment, building confidence and changing habits, with a clear path to grow as the function scales. If you’re part educator, part change-maker and part AI enthusiast, this is your role.

About You

  • 2+ years in learning and development, training or change enablement, ideally with exposure to technology or digital adoption.
  • A confident, hands-on AI user who can show others how to put it to work.
  • A capable facilitator, in person and online, who can adapt to audiences with very different levels of digital confidence.
  • Patient and empathetic, with an understanding of how people experience change.
  • Able to build good working relationships with colleagues and leaders at all levels.
  • A clear communicator who can turn complex tech into simple, useful content.
  • Comfortable with basic data and reporting.
  • Organised, self-driven and quick to adapt as tools and priorities change.

*Bonus points for aged care or healthcare experience, exposure to change management, or experience with no-code automation tools.*
