We are an established elevator company specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of lifts and elevators. As part of our commitment to developing future industry leaders, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to help keep our projects and technician timetables running smoothly. You will be responsible for coordinating technician schedules, managing timelines, allocating jobs, and ensuring resources are used effectively. Strong organisational skills and clear communication are key to maintaining seamless workflow across our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project and technician schedules to ensure timely task completion
  • Communicate with Site Coordinators and teams to efficiently coordinate and manage installation projects
  • Raise and issue purchase orders and follow up on supplier payment
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on service requests
  • Manage freight bookings and coordinating transport to site
  • Complete timesheets for job costings
  • Maintain and update databases with relevant information
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Willingness to learn about elevator technology, safety regulations, and industry best practices

About you:

You work well both independently and as part of a team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to develop your skills. Ideally you will bring the following:

  • Proven experience in scheduling technicians
  • Construction or Lift industry experience is essential
  • Forklift licence (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to elevator projects
