Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer immunizations, spirometry, and wound care
  • Support patients with chronic disease management and health assessments
  • Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and administrative teams to coordinate patient care
  • Assist with eHealth uploads and digital record-keeping
  • Contribute to accreditation, PDSA, and quality improvement activities

About You:

  • AHPRA registration (mandatory)
  • Interest in primary health care and chronic disease management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and critical thinking abilities
  • Both experienced nurses and new graduates are encouraged to apply
