Reporting & Collaboration

In this role, you will operate with a high degree of teamwork and clear lines of support:

  • Direct Report: You will report directly to the Practice Manager for day-to-day operations, clinic workflows, and administrative support.
  • Clinical Collaboration: You will work closely alongside our General Practitioners (GPs), allied health professionals, and administrative teams to ensure outstanding patient outcomes and maintain clinic accreditation standards.

This role is casual, with opertunities to progress within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer immunizations, spirometry, and wound care
  • Support patients with chronic disease management and health assessments
  • Work closely with doctors, allied health, and administrative teams
  • Assist with eHealth uploads and digital record-keeping
  • Contribute to accreditation, PDSA, and quality improvement initiatives

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration (mandatory)
  • Interest in primary health care and chronic disease management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities
  • Previous experience in a medical centre environment,
