We are seeking an active, energetic, and positive individual to join our VIC sales team on a full-time basis to service Bunnings stores.

Your Role

We’re looking for an energetic and driven Merchandiser to join our VIC Sales Team, servicing Bunnings stores across North Melbourne, West Welbourne and Melbourne CBD. You’ll take ownership of your territory, bringing our brands to life through exceptional merchandising, store relays and new store setups.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Bunnings team members
• Merchandise product ranges to the highest standard across your territory
• Complete store relays and new store setups
• Ensure products are displayed, ticketed and presented correctly  

Overnight regional travel may be required from time to time.

What You Bring

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys creating outstanding in-store displays.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service
• A reliable, organised and self-motivated approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to approach each day with energy
• The ability to work autonomously
• The ability to undertake manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 15kg
• Previous experience in Bunnings or hardware stores (desirable but not essential)

You may already have merchandising experience, or you may be looking to start a career in merchandising. If you have experience in retail or hardware stores, that’s a bonus—but it’s not essential, as full training will be provided.
