Manager Operations (Outdoor Crew)

• $126,980 to $142,874 per annum + super

In this role

• Lead Council’s outdoor operations, including roads, plant, parks, open spaces and facilities maintenance.
• Deliver efficient, cost-effective services aligned with Council plans, policies and legislative requirements.
• Manage contracts, budgets, service standards and reporting to support continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, service providers and community stakeholders.
• Lead, support and develop the outdoor crew to foster a safe, high-performing team culture.

• Experienced in delivering efficient, cost-effective outdoor operations and services.
• Skilled in managing roads, parks, open spaces, plant and multisite operations.
• Strong in project, financial, risk and safety management.
