As a Centre Manager, you’ll be at the
forefront of our operations, driving excellence in every aspect of the centre.
With the steadfast support of the Manager Early Years, the Coordinator Early
Years, and the Quality and Governance Administrator, you will uphold the
highest standards of care, education, and engagement.
In this
role, you will:
· Manage daily centre operations, including
staffing, rostering, and parent communication.
· Inspire and support Educators and Teachers
through coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
· Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture
that values teamwork and diversity.
· Ensure compliance with all regulations and
standards.
· Prioritise children’s safety and
well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
What you
will bring:
· Diploma or Degree qualified in Early
Childhood Education or a related field or have extensive experience in Early
Years environments.
· Experience in supervising, motivating, and
developing staff.
· Strong understanding of early childhood
development and best practices.
· Excellent communication, organisational,
and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively and build a
positive team culture.
· Current First Aid, CPR certification, driver’s
licence and Working with Children Check.
