Due to the recent growth that we have experienced, we are again expanding our team. We are looking for another team member to join us in our Adelaide Office!

As a NDIS Support Coordinator, you will assist our clients with disabilities to take more control of their lives and better manage challenges of day-to-day living. This position requires demonstrated experience working with clients with mental health needs.

The role NDIS Support Coordinator is to empower clients by supporting them to connect with their chosen communities and service providers to achieve their goals live a full and contributing life. Support Coordinators play a crucial role in supporting NDIS participants to understand the NDIS scheme, navigate and utilize their plan, and ensure that their clients are getting the best possible support from their chosen providers.

Selection Criteria

• Tertiary qualifications Disability OR equivalent training and/or a minimum two years’ of experience in related work
• Demonstrated experience working with clients with mental health needs – essential
• Previous experience in NDIS Support Coordination and a sound understanding of NDIS plans and participant funding
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with participants, families, service providers and other relevant professionals

Demonstrated skills in supporting children and adults

• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Clearance
