Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Accountant with an interest in payroll to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including financial analysis, budgeting, tax preparation and process pays. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in the accounting field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare and file tax returns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with audits and other accounting projects as needed
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders as necessary
• Assist payroll in processing staff pays

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
