Membership Consultant

We are currently seeking a Membership Consultant who is passionate about people, thrives in a high-energy environment, and loves helping others begin their wellness journey.

As a Membership Consultant, you will be the first point of connection for prospective members. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a five star experience, building genuine relationships, and guiding individuals toward the membership option that best suits their lifestyle and goals.

This role is perfect for someone who is confident, motivated, and results driven, while still being warm, professional, and member focused.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with prospective members via phone, email, and in-club enquiries
• Conduct professional club tours and consultations
• Present and sell TotalFusion memberships and services with confidence and integrity
• Follow up leads and manage your sales pipeline effectively
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the TotalFusion brand
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Support club activations, events, and promotional campaigns
• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a seamless member experience

About You:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the fitness/wellness industry (preferred but not essential)
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a positive, proactive attitude
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
