Head Of House Keeping

Head of Housekeeping ensures the smooth operations of the club’s cleanliness standards and ensures the daily duties are completed by the team and to the required standards.

They ensure all health & safety issues are escalated and the facilities remain safe to the public. To ensure the rosters are efficient and managed effectively with trained staff. You will on the Team Roster working along side your colleagues completing the daily cleaning duties.

Clean, stock and supply designated member facility areas dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, walls and mirrors

Logging Maintenance issues with GM or Supplier

Replenishing toiletries, such as toilet paper, hand towels and hand wash

Complete loads of washing and ironing

Assist with equipment cleaning if required

Reorder cleaning supplies as needed

Stock and maintain supply rooms

Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

Support in keeping all studios and gym floors in 100% working order, making sure cleanliness and layout is of the highest standards

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Make adjustments and minor repairs

Cooperate with the rest of the staff

Comply with and promote WH&S policies and procedures and advise the WH&S representative of all potential and actual risks and hazards

Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to every prospect to new member and existing member

Be in uniform and neatly groomed
