Your Impact
As the General Manager, you will:
- Lead the Springfield team with energy, accountability, and professionalism
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on results and member experience
- Oversee all operational aspects of the club
- Build strong team culture and community connection

- Drive membership growth, retention, and commercial performance

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across all areas of the club
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain exceptional team members and Department Heads
- Drive sales, retention, growth, and revenue targets in collaboration with the leadership team
- Oversee all day-to-day club operations and member experience delivery
- Ensure premium presentation standards are maintained across the entire facility
- Identify operational gaps and implement performance improvement strategies
- Manage a large-scale, multi-service facility
- Oversee rostering, payroll approvals, leave management, and operational compliance
- Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting, retention strategies, and financial performance
- Support and execute internal and external marketing initiatives
- Drive community engagement and club presence within the Springfield region
- Utilise reporting systems and operational software to drive accountability and efficiency
- Uphold TotalFusion’s policies, procedures, standards, and cultural values
- Foster a positive, high-performing, and supportive team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience within health, fitness, hospitality, wellness, or premium service environments
- Strong operational leadership capability across large-scale facilities
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and revenue targets
- Exceptional people leadership and team development skills
- Ability to lead with confidence, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Strong understanding of premium member experience and service standards
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and operational excellence mindset
- Experience managing multiple departments and service offerings preferred
