About ESV

ESV is a mid-tier, boutique firm offering Advisory, Taxation and Audit services alongside Outsourced CFO and Family Office support. As your Partners for Growth, we offer a unique blend of big-firm capability and small-firm personality, creating a culture where you’re not a number, you’re known, supported and celebrated. Each year, we welcome a new cohort of graduates to build their career with us.

Your Role

As a Graduate Accountant, you’ll be more than part of our team, you’ll be part of a culture built on learning, collaboration and growth. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience, turning theory into real impact for our clients. Guided by experienced mentors, you’ll build practical skills while working within one of our specialised teams across Business Services, Tax and Audit.

You’ll work alongside Advisors, Seniors and Managers to prepare client group packages and compliance documents, building your understanding of how different entities and structures work together. You’ll get hands-on with a range of statutory and regulatory requirements, prepare workpapers to a high standard and liaise directly with bodies like the ATO, ASIC and State or Territory Revenue Offices.

About You

You’ve completed, or are close to completing, a university degree majoring in Accounting. You’re keen to start or continue your CA journey and genuinely interested in a career in public accounting. You’re open to feedback and take it on board constructively. You adapt well when priorities shift and bring strong communication skills to everything you do.
